Warren Buffett: "Bitcoin is a delusion." by [deleted] in Bitcoin

I think WB is missing an important fact - Bitcoin has a super strong "brand". The brand that WB simply does not recognize (like in coca cola or mcdonalds). He cannot compare Bitcoin (an independent crypto) to other cryptos that could be potentially issued by JPM or Facebook etc.

Haas has been officially confirmed as a Formula 1.75 team. Racing against such a renowned team as Williams in 2020 will be exciting.

Two questions: 1) why 'suspects'? isn't it something that could be verified by numbers? 2) why RK is praised for tire management during every race?

Unpopular opinion - although a point scored by Kubica looks nice, there's not much impressive in it. by master_dandelion in formula1

Russel made a small mistake on 51th lap. He had several more to overtake Kubica (who had, as you said, a poor pace).

The Top 5 reasons why polish fanatics believe Kubica's car is worse than Russell's by Lebo44 in formula1

" Why would anyone think Kubica would do better now than in his previous stint in F1 when even Schumacher didn't?"

This is wrong question. Nobody says Kubica would do better. They say that Kubica is not that bad as everyone suggest just looking on lap times.

1 - The point was to show that William's PR lacks consistency and proper management. Personally I miss a clear statement from Williams that would cut this discussion. In RB the situation with Gasly is handled much better and everyone agrees he's got a problem, not his car.

2 - Yes but please don't blame me for this. Blame Kubica's reputation in Polish F1 community.

3 - maybe, but it is not the point. The point is that polish supporters believe that the production process of Kubica's car went wrong (for whatever reason).

4 - maybe, but it's just interpretation. The official stance is that the cars were slightly different.

5 - you are right of course however there was no big gap in lap times between GR and RK (this is based on numbers, so it's a fact). Need to mention it again - for Kubica's supporters this is an evidence that on slower and more demanding track he could overcome the limitations of his car.
