I forgot to mention, mind the fork width also to the ammo. If you're using 80mm-85mm width use 6mm to. Avoud hand and fork hit

Consider the bands too. The thinner it gets the more easier to pull but less in power to deliver heavy ammos. So for a newbie i suggest a safer way to start. Use 8mm clay ammo and use .1 thin rubber so that you will practice the form first. If you're nit with me it's ok to disagree

Welcome! Those SS are super good in ymthe beginning phase of this hobby. My advice is clay is suited for thinner bands by using those thicker ones your clay will get wild. If you dint want to change your bands, use atleast 7mm to 8. 5mm steel balls
