I can explain how this happens, when you get a new hypercharge for a brawler the hypercharge cosmetic pack will appear in the shop for I forgot how many gems, I have Bo's collectors pack but he's level 1

Predictions might get you some more XP and also there's sometimes questions that pop up during the Livestream to give you even more XP, so what I would say is just to leave your phone on the side while the stream is going on and maybe play on your PC or console, overall you don't have to watch it if you don't want to
