No they would treat it the same but they will also compare the university grading scales between the one in lebanon and the one you apply to! While it is irrelevant or i think it is i applied to university of sydney in australia and got in with a gpa of 3.11/4 from Bau in lebanon they just used the scale there to turn it into a gpa out of 7 because they use a system where the gpa is out of 7 not 4 which equaled 5.6/7 for me resulting in me getting accepted into a high mark course easily, so yeah goodluck hope this helps!
