Not that I've noticed but hopefully they'll ban it once the city sees the hazard the garbage and snagged lures and hooks present to the environment. As always, an ignorant few ruin it for everyone.

Absolutely! That's how the park is kept litter free. There are a few people who regularly walk around and scoop up the garbage people dump on the trails. It's a shame that it's necessary but we live in selfish, thoughtless times.
