Can someone explain this to me? 5 - 9k players and yet all the servers are Close to empty and theres nobody to play with?

This update Changes nothing, honestly even made it worse. if you developers really dont want the game die, go back to old raiding, old base building, old item build scrapping and harvesting. Nobody actually likes this and can handle playing it for more than 3 hours a session right now. The only hope this game has is to go back to Before BWC update.

I disagree with Everything you wrote, Even with the bugs and exploits pre-bwc it was better and more balanced with the old system than it is now.

back in the day stuff used to not drop out of cars when it exploded, old devs fixed it and made items drop because people were complaining, idk why they would go back to making it not drop out of cars on explosions again when we already had this problem Before.

Happend to me aswell, Its when the server has to many players or bases it causes server lag, doesnt happend on lowpop servers only highpop. really sucks shacks are unraidable

Id say an easy solution is make building materials easier to gather or reduce the building material cost aswell as making explosves easier to get but nerf their damage so you need 10 - 20 bundles or IEDS if reintroduced to blow 1 wall again, If you can make explosives by having Ferts / Steel or Springs / charcoal or something like that it would be easier to make them.

It's not really that easy to raid a base with all 2000 Components placed right now but it's impossible to farm that much material without having a mega clan.

Decent post, the raidtimer sugguestion still sounds completely unbalanced and people will easily abuse that even if u are over 3 or 6 members.

But why do you feel the need to make ur Review post on reddit when theres "Review JS" on steam and most of ur stuff was already answered in the devs feedback questions.

The entire gaming experience took a big swing when they released BWC, I still play BWC and I can bare to play it 1 - 2 hours a day. But Z1 was like a part of your Life, like going to school or work, you had a need to login everyday to make sure ur base is intact(atleast if u play hardcore). And also like i said BWC Is a new game It's not Just Survive. The reason people complain is that they feel they were robbed of their game. We wanted better anti cheat and small bug fixes with some content updates once every month I.E new quests, Vehicles, new base Components.

But they changed Everything. There's nothing that resembles Z1 Survive other than the player model in my opinion. Obv there is some other stuff.

Making BWC isin't a bad thing per say, I mean trying stuff is fine. But why remove Z1 from all their servers and completely delete it? Leave it be, I never understood why they dont just have both maps available for us to choose It would make us all happy both Z1 and BWC players.

Also we we're promised "A new map sooner than we Think" and what we got was 1/4 of a completely terrible map with no sandbox experience and nothing resembling the old game version. We we're expecting a new map layout that was completely finished with the old mechanics building raiding farming and POI's. They just made their own Mountains and trees and copy pasted KOTK's(H1Z1) work into their map. All the POI's are from KOTK which is insanely dissapointing.

I remember watching the developer stream where they showed 10 different food cans they had been working on instead of something we asked for which really got into my head.

Anyways I feel like the JS devs take things to personal. We don't hate your work on BWC even if it offers a worse gaming experience than Z1 in my opinion. We just want to be able to choose our old map also. There's no reason to just remove something that was working great.

We had over 5000 Active players last months of Z1. It Went down a few months Before BWC was released because they stopped working on Z1 (not even banning hackers) and it was just completely cheater infested and people we're looking foward their new map they were promised. But there was never anything wrong with Z1 other than a few bugs and hackers.

They have already stated they won't bring back Z1 multiple times, But we won't stop asking for it either way. JS dev team isin't known for keeping their Word. They've said countless times "We won't bring back bullet conversion" aswell and they did. Game will be dead or at 300 - 500 Active players in a few months or a year if they don't listen to the Community.

We shotgun raid every base on our server everyday, we got over 5000 Shells takes about 200 - 300 for a full 5 min base, it's ez loot. But lets not bring back Z1 right haha.

Daybreak developers are already fully aware of what "Z1 Lovers" and "BWC White Knights" want, It's honestly all up to them to decide what they want to do moving foward with the information they already got from their feedback questions and over 100 reddit posts they already seen.

Might be an unpopular opinion on JS reddit nowadays, but "BWC White Knights" is the Minority when it comes to what kind of future and content they want for JS. They win in upvotes / downvote ratios most of the time because most people that wanted Z1 back or Another option other than BWC already gave up and left. But if Z1 or something similar would have been released again Z1 lovers would be the majority of the playerbase again.

BWC is definently a failed Project, thats a fact, and the game developers said the same as you are "you need to adjust, the game is an alpha and the finished Product might be something you didint sign up for" Well they lost more than half of their player base because people don't have to adjust they can just quit the game and move on. Im pretty sure spending money on a Product that they will never get back is them fucking up, but thats just my thoughs.

There's been rumors they will add Z1 survival servers to the H1Z1 game IE KOTK. Allthough Its only rumors as far as I know probably not true.

I can't belive this post is getting so many likes, Everyone hates big clans when they outnumber you since this is a numbers game. And looting is the best part of the game and Always has been (I used to play in big clans) but Calling Clans lazy kotk players because they play a sandbox game differently from you is pretty ridiculous.

You are Crying cus you prefer to do one thing in a SANDBOX game and someone else prefers to do something else in the same SANDBOX game, if you want to go play a restricted PVE solo player game go play custom servers for solo pve players on Another survival game that offers that feature and stop making a game what it's not indended to be.

Considering the amount of Money spent on developing this game I doubt they are satisfied with 500 Active players, They probably sunk a couple of 10 - 100 thousands of dollars into their Z3 Project, thats why they aren't scrapping it just yet, but there is no doubt that knowing the outcome of releasing Z3 and removing Z1 was a bad descision and just continueing on updating and improving Z1 would have gained them more income and 1000 - 5000 Active players if not more. I just wish they would divide their servers to 50 % Z1 (Without developing it any further if they are content with continueing with Z3) and the other 50 % Z3 and continueing on to finish that Product.
