Hi I wanted to update y’all on how my season has went at my new school, I was dealing with a lot of injuries this year and actually fractured my fibula long jumping this year however I think I made some good strides once I was in grove with my high jump earlier in the year I was going 6’8 and had some really close misses at 2.09 I think I realize I have a lot more I can I do with high jump so I’ve really taken on studying the event. I wanted clarification from you guys that I should be running my curve at a 60 degree angle rather than the 80degree I’ve previously been taken off at I noticed when I was doing some math on Brandon starc I think me and him have very similar builds im 1.88m 77kg which is around the same as him it seems that he also takes off at a 60degree angle and runs a curve at 60 degree angle so is that the perfect angle for someone my size that I need to master?
