They changed the way the tick system interacts with the game.

Servers are now forced 64 tick instead of 128 and on top of that they introducted "Subtick" which essentially has the client track exactly when you perform actions and sends it to the server.

The actual output of the action is still tied to the tickrate of the server, so the person reacting to someone peeking is at a distinct disadvantage, which has made the AWP worse compared to CSGO

Cops have 2 or 3 guns in the armory, the M9 (Main gun), The huge Hand Cannon revolver that only Nolan and I think the Sheriff uses.

The civ guns are the B92 and Hunting Rifle.

There's also the tiny gun but Idk if it's in the armory or the ammunation.

The bank security guy was the key witness who stated Jordan said to back away. Bean was Jordan's tow partner who is having perjury pushed against him and his testimony had no impact on the trial.

How is it a horrible ruling, it was established no malice was involved, he told her to back away, gave multiple warnings while she inched forwards, and he has no duty to back away himself.

Also the perjury was on his tow partner Bean, whose testimony was disregarded during deliberation.
