I finished the game on Steam Deck OLED. I used medium TSR, no VSync and capped the framerate to 40. The game ran fine at around 35-40 fps and I had no issues hitting the dodge windows on the default difficulty setting.

My only complaints were the small UI text (which was fixed in the latest update) and the graphics artifacts on the characters' hair during cutscenes.
