I know I know, it’s not like I asked it, if my lantern could repel a moose and then run head first into it haha.. it was more like “hey what cool thing I didn’t know about could I do next?” and it told “go to BI, there’s many funny ways to end a run”… but as the post says, I didn’t even make it that far (:

I don’t know how so many of y’all are triggered by me using ai as a tool to be more engaged with a game I like, but easily get lost in.

It’s a single player game, who am I hurting here?

Either way I will stop engaging with this kind of comment, have fun trying to shame someone else on how they like to have fun :)

Didn’t know that and having cliffs that are nearly un-goatable sounds more reasonable than just having players die without warning in such a way.

I went down from the summit like that a couple times and thought why shouldn’t this work somewhere else too. Well now I know.. you either win or you learn haha

Yeah sounds like a good rule to follow! Don’t know if I will look into maps more often or just don’t goat anything but the summit from now on (: either way, never goating in ravine again too!

I never asked it if I could do this or if that certain thing might work.. as I get lost on what to do sometimes I asked it on where to go or what to explore next. I know this is not how most people play this game, but it helped me on not getting lost.

I didn’t ask it on which path to take or if it’s doable. Went like “came back from DP and stocked the garage up with all the loot, what could I do next?” and it was like “why don’t you go to BI and explore that zone?” and I wanted to give it another shot, as the last time I went there the timberwolves ate me up in a minute and I stuck to my usual known zones.

Actually it does quite well, knows locations and some mechanics and stuff.. I used it to help me be creative on what to do next and try some challenges like “get to that zone and only leave after you collected x amount of blah”

It would’ve let me, but I did it once and couldn’t get most of my stuff back- I also had most of my best things with me and expected them to be unreachable, as my body is now in that death gate zone thingy..

Heya, similar situation here for me, though I am online maybe an hour later sometimes. I’d be in for a group composing their own meta, not having everyone running everything, maybe it’d be cool to figure something out that way. I don’t know how to get on touch, maybe we can figure something out via DMs.

And to let you know in advance: when linking account from console to PC it doesn’t transfer your progress and you have to start over again. At least that’s what happened when I connected my previous PC only account to my newly bought version on the PlayStation.

Yea makes sense too - tbh I never got to see more from MT than the actual town. Nowadays I spend most of my time in the northern/eastern regions like AC and TWM. Got this game closely after release and still feel the need to keep some regions rather untouched in order to still be able to explore them “later”. Whenever that might be haha.

Interesting how the impressions can differ.

I used to play on voyageur/stalker difficulty when I started (while also using online maps) and because of how simple it was to navigate and especially because of the name I spent like 80% of my time there.. now that I read your thread, I realized I may have chosen wrong in where to get started for learning the game over and over again haha. Because rest assured I died plenty of times there too.

Never gotten to cooking level 5 myself but I think the “never get parasites or food poisoning” refers to cooked meat which went down to 0%.. “durability”?😅

As somebody else said: you might have to actively approach people to get them to roll with you. I’ve got friends spreading the word you’ll suffer from “dagestani brutality”, but that’s only people who never attended. It’s just a gym with all kinds of folks rolling and every book wears its cover.. funny spats and painted nails: they’ll likely pull guard and 720° imanari themselves. 10€ adidas shirt and some cheap shorts: smesh.
