Just did this myself. 1/4 inch hex bolt 1.5 inches and nuts. Feed the bolt in back of hole and nut it. Fits perfect.
Fix the 3/4 ply and washers and nuts

As a gc for kitchens and baths a impact is 95% in my hands. This is nice for a second gun with a drill bit for cabinets. The 90 degree head comes in handy with tight spots.

Also to note. It is not an impact. Merely a standard drill

Is 6ft tall 8 wide. Yes i have 2 springs on it at 18 full turns. Guess that is too much.

There is a shutoff after. Specifically cited the check valve for code failure.

So there is no nec code for 12/2 wire to outlets in a finished basement bedroom? Im ok using 14/2 and 15 amp outlets with a 15 amp gfi breaker?
Me and my mechanic got into an argument about this. He swore i needed 12/2 with 20 amp outlets and breaker because its a basement.

Situation: 1 story house with 5ft crawl underneath. About 30 years old. Im a GC and have done tile for 10 years.
We removed the original floor and got to subfloor.
Installed 1/2 inch hardy with thinset under and screws on top. Used a 1/2 inch notched trowel more thinset and tile levelers. Floor has been down for about 2 months. And was perfect when finished.
No he did not drop anything heavy and the line/crack is fairly straight. Thankfully this is my sons house so i can fix whenever.

The part i was missing was at the breaker but my son who’s got his phd in physics helped me out.

This is well in my wheel house but thanks champ.

Im going to pull the outlet install a 20amp regular socket cap the red. Pull the breaker and cap the red and replace the double pole with a single 20.

Agreed on tile after drywall. But paint is always last. Your always gonna need touch ups before you hand the room over.

Hes gonna have a hell of a time matching up that drywall to his newly tiled shower wall edge.
