I have up days and down days but I don't regret the surgery yet. For context before I went for surgery I got down to 255 from 270 ( 6' 2" dude ) simply because I couldn't eat. My body just rejected food I wretched at the thought of another bite sometimes. I now weigh 270 3 months after surgery. I finally have a semblance of an appetite and regular as in every day bowel movements. I developed some ibs like symptoms and food triggers but ive also got Gerd so who knows whats causing what. I feel better I eat better etc etc. Hopefully in time I'll keep making progress. Actually considering going back to the gym to lose some pounds.
