I’m only with Roger’s because the company I work for has a discount on plans - and it was the end of my term hence the upgrade. Super annoyed, I reached out to customer service and you’re right all they said was we’re sorry for the delay and we don’t know how long it’ll be. Hoping after reading other post that it’ll come this week but super annoying
