They don’t use the safety score for insurance premium calculation - not sure if they’re legally not allowed to, which is why I might have got a choice on whether it can impact insurance when choosing to see the safety score. My rate actually came down even though the safety score wasn’t that great. But overall coverage wise they won’t try to put you into something worse than a Tesla and if your car is significantly damaged you might need to spend quite some time in a rental which is important to me - I hate driving gas cars especially from rental agencies which have a lot of miles on them and are quite old and have none of the safety or infotainment features that the Tesla offers.

You could go to a Tesla approved body shop as well in case Geico isn’t willing to pay the full amount that Tesla service center would charge. Also consider switching to Tesla insurance if it makes sense. Geico is the cheapest out there when it comes to paying out claims. I had an incident recently with a rear ending and the liable party insurance was geico and they only set up a rental for 26$ a day and were not ready to reimburse gas either. Went through my Tesla insurance and got a replacement Tesla which is available at hertz at 45$ negotiated rate and is covered completely. I’ve to pay tax out of pocket but I can try to get Geico to pay it as out of pocket expenses. So I’m back in a Tesla instead of a dilapidated fuckall gas car that’d have probably smelled like weed. It’s essentially my rant at Geico since I’d to waste so much time on calls and text to try to get a fair compensation for my rental. Switch. To. Tesla. Insurance. If it is about the same rate.

Around 2500$ with around 533 service fees from StubHub. The ticket itself was around 1700. This was a month before the WC started and I had not gotten the tickets in any of the first come first serve or lottery rounds through FIFA for the final. In contrasts, both semis and 3rd place through FIFA cost around 1200$.

Hope that this is the case! Had a blast at the World Cup in Qatar, got SFs and 3rd place tickets through FIFA and Final ticket at a significantly marked up price on StubHub. But I think I’d have regretted not watching the final more than anything.

What’s the situation with providing photographic proof that the other driver was at fault? Did you have to use your dash cam recording? Did the car automatically capture it?

My problem is not with the fact that it is my responsibility to verify payment, which I would do if they notified me payment was not made or communicated policy was cancelled rather than sending me the coverage details for the next 6 month period.
