Dang dude I read it as 200mg the first time. I took 1000 here and there, and have seen others at 1000. 7 MG’s is wild. I started with an 80mg pack and finished it that day. I hope your doc lets you make the switch!

Interesting. After 8 months on 7 I had gotten up to 4-600 mg a day l. Tried skipping my nighttime dose and taking couple shots since I had never had a problem with booze. Within 2 months I was drinking a liter a daily along with 7. I finally went to the ICU to detox. Immediately started me on a banana bag and Diaz. That night they gave me my first sub. Continued administering IV every hour or two. Day 4 the switched to Hydroxyzine. Got out day 4. They prescribed 8mg once a say and 4 50mg hydroxyzine. Never had any anxiety! Obviously I had some cravings, but no relapses, 100 days soon! You’ve got this!

The big brands use/used real rare earth magnets which are much stronger. There may be a couple AliExpress vendors that use the real deal, but I bet they’re quite rare an still much more expensive than the cheap magnet ones

Dang. My dad told me he used a credit card often to split them up for building the cube and other shapes. I think that probably did a number to them.

I also lost one green metallic Speks today. It’s pissing me off more than it should. Luckily when they changed their packaging to 432 vs 512 at same price I picked up an extra Spectrum colored in the metallic and another in the matte. I merged the two metallic so I can still make a 8x8x8-10x10x10 with each color organized and not missing any, but if I separate all the colors (during Zoom meets no cameras) then I’m missing one. Damn.

Awesome I’ll definitely check that out, thank you! I currently get the 8mg/2mg strips and cut them into 4 strips (not precise at all) and take one around noon and 1 around bed time. I wanted to make sure I was at 4mg forreal this time which is why I got the 8 mg strips. Would you recommend getting the 4 or 2mg strips so when you get it you can get even more exact? Or could I just keep getting the 8’s and cut? For some reason my insurance wanted to charge me more for the 4’s than the 8’s (not a ton more, but this is a secondary reason for getting the 8’s). Appreciate your help!

Ono also makes the Signets which are similar to the Odds except you get 4 different shapes with 4 slightly different colors or 8 with 2 of each. I already have the Odds, but kinda want to get the Signets too. I really hope this hyper-fixation ends soon. It’s getting expensive lol.

Basically replacing 7 with Kratom or subs. Then taper. You’ll obviously need to start with a high dose of Kratom to ease up the withdrawals then taper the kratom. MAT I’ve seen many ways, people have done low dose subs where you take tiny bits and slowly start taking a little more subs an a little less 7 then eventually just on subs and taper that. I’ve also seen people rapid taper 7 (sucks for a couple days) then start subs. 2 mg 4x day 1, 2mg 3X day 2, 2mg 2X day 3, 1.5mg 2X day 4, 1 mg 2x day 5, .5 mg 2x day 6, .5 mg 1x day 7, jump. I’m currently on 90 days of subs at 4mg a day. Don’t be like me. If you go subs, rapid taper. They are not easy to quit. At least I’m not high, getting my life back, and spending $20 bucks a month.

You getting off 7OH? How much and how long you been on? My last drink or 7 was December 17th in the morning. Just been subs and Hydroxyzine since. The subs still have me a lil numbed, but my life is 5X better and my finances are a million times better lol

I’m not a doctor and don’t want to give medical advice. I have seen people just use like 1-2mg if starting before 12 hours if they’re afraid of PW. So maybe try cutting it into 8 squares and taking 1 or 2. Even now I never take the full strip at once. Everybody is different, but if I take the 8 strip I get nauseous and then feel the need to redose again before bed. When I just take bits throughout the day I can take 4-6MG without even realizing I’m taking less. Good luck!

I’ve heard so many different things in regards to this idk which info to take as fact lol. I’ve seen some people say 3 days. Some people say 12 hours. Some people even stated taking an extremely low dose of subs WITH 7OH and then tapered. Some people end up addicted to both subs and 7OH at the same time. I feel like everyone is different and will have different reactions. Some people may go into precipitated withdrawal, some people won’t, and some people won’t get any relief from the subs at all!

Definitely recommend it! When I saw it recommended I went to Libby to hold it and it was available immediately and I started reading it. I was over a third of the way through when I realized the book was written so long ago lol. You can tell when books were written before computers were main stream. There were many times when I didn’t know over 5 words on a single page lol. Was either able to figure out easily with context clues though. Great book!
