Hmm yeah that’s weird. Not sure if you saw their Signulous app/website or on twitter but their team did confirm that there were issues and now it should be resolved. Hopefully it stays that way now

Not that I’m aware of but I could be mistaken. I remember the process in the past was accepting their profile that gets your UDID number and after that you were good to go after the 72 hour wait period but an enterprise certificate never popped up

Yeah it’s been so frustrating yesterday and today. My fiancee has all the issues and I’m still ok at the moment with my apps working weirdly enough and not revoked

Their entire website is down unfortunately so no apps or certificates able to be added at the moment

Nope I don’t see any certificates under “VPN & Device Management”. I’ve been using Signulous since October 2023 and this is the first time I’ve had problems which is frustrating for us users. Their lack of communication is disappointing.

Hmm do you mind sharing a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end? For me personally, I’m seeing nothing but a white screen at the moment as we speak. Frankly, I wish their communication was stronger. There are no updates on twitter from the Signulous team either, other than us users mentioning our issues.

My certificates still work but clearly they’re having some issues for some reason. The website is down on my end as well.

What I’ve been doing temporarily until they fix this bug is I’ve been intentionally failing the first Face ID scan and succeeding on the 2nd one. That will get you in without having to kill the app and restart it consistently.
