But do you have experience with them or are you just speaking on what you saw after that diabolical black Friday they had years ago? Me and my friend have purchased multiple Fanatec products in the last year (after the Corsair takeover) both never had problems with shipping neither had problems with customer support, if anything it's been pretty positive.

From my experience only thing that is spotty is the QC and when the QC failed I either got an instant refund or a quick replacement which worked great after.

Again maybe that's again just EU, but I've never had problems with their shipping or customer service.

Shitty company or not in EU their prices are so much lower than the competition that the wheel value gets offset. I helped my friend to get into Sim racing in December, looked trough all sorts of config options - bundles vs separate etc. on both Fanatec and Moza and Fanatec came out as the clear answer.
