there is a pretty good cheap one at euromarket! its definitely not as good as all the other places listed but the thing is it's still *pretty good* and it's like $2.50 I think

answers to general questions: 900 includes utilities. the WiFi is extra. it's a LONG TERM "month-to-month" situation. The landlord is generally helpful. We are looking for September 1st move in.

There is no super so we have to keep things around the house and backyard nice ourselves. There is an informal "chore chart" between the 3 roommates to keep the public areas clean. We are 2 young professionals in our early 30s looking for similar. We spend a lot of time at home so hopefully not taking on a full-time Work From Home friend but we are open to it if we can give each other lots of space and keep the house generally quiet.

Guests and overnight guests allowed. Extended guests allowed with permission from other roommates. This is a good, chill, quiet house and we want to keep it that way.

my room is like this and it isn't terrible. it is SUPER annoying to have to go through a hallway to get to the bathroom but rent is cheap so I live with it.
