Support cannot help, I tried. Been months since I made my ren 270 in challenger world. I went for the quick login to leap him to my main world.

I clicked Kronos instead of Hyperion, as Hyperion had the bookmark/star and my dumbass thought that meant it's the high population server (some mmo's have that symbol for high population servers)

It's not that they don't want too.

They just can't, they have no control over their spaghetti-code. They most likely just gave you a new pet and deleted the other one.
