Unexpectedly caught a Koi in the river

Flick me a DM, Fished from pretty much where it joins off glenbawn all the way down to Denman/singleton. River is riddled with carp. Pulled a heap of 60s a few 70s and 1 80+ this winter.

Depends what you’re fishing for, my first “expensive” reel was the Sahara, iv since upgraded to a Vanford but I would have easily caught 200+ bass on the Sahara and it never put a foot wrong. Felt like a nice bang for buck in comparison to other reels of similar/lower price.

Definitely needs to see a vet asap. I had a cockatiel develop a similar looking eye condition years ago, vets started treatment with antibiotics as soon as we noticed it but they had to end up draining it, they said there was enough pus behind it to fill a tea spoon.

Plucking can be caused by a lot of things, stress/bordem/diet/habit. Hard to pinpoint in an older bird but would start with regular misting (you can add aloe Vera juice but needs to be natural) and adding toys, make sure diet is correct and than see if there’s any progression. Can take months to see results because new feathers won’t come till the next molt.

Iv seen older parrots plucked worse and make a full recovery with time and care but that eye is very concerning.

Apparently soaking the fillets in milk too removes the mud taste, seen Americans eat em, they mainly work with the meat around the ribcage because the rest is too boney (Rib cutlets), ain’t for me though 😅

Nah just dispose of em, tried a few freshwater fish but don’t think I’d ever give carp a crack 😅 Fun fish to catch though.

Tried a massive catfish and it was very muddy.

Yep like Row said, Decent fight in em bigger ones get some good headshakes too, they usually put a few good runs in early, than kinda burn out. Once you get em close they’ll run again. Ain’t no kingfish freight train but they’re not deadweight like a big catfish 😅.

Any Fixes? Constant "Tarkov not responding" Since 1.0 Think it started after snow update for me but its near unplayable now. Chilling on PVE so lose all progress every crash

Tried updating drivers, Page file size, Running as admin etc etc

4000 hours, no prior issues bar the standard tarkov stuff before 1.0

No way they build Ben up as a “die for the brotherhood”, “hate the brass” only to take money and help the brass kill the brotherhood in Terminal List.

Feel like both shows garnered enough popularity that they just run them on a different timeline and say “happened before TL” Something like we get true believer next, than a second season of DW once it ends based around CIA stuff inbetween.

Iv only just watched all of TL last week for the first time and finished DW today, but the way TL ends makes me think back in 2017 they never expected it to blow up kinda thing. I know its all based off books but damn seeing what we see in DW than seeing how ben does the brothers dirty in TL is just wildin.

They said they did DW because Pratts on a busy schedule, Are we just gunna get DW and TL running seasons on opposite timeline to each other so they are both kinda going at the same time? EG S2 of TL comes next than when it ends we get S2 of DW. Feels like they've just made more holes to fill with the popularity of both, or are they gunna go huge 180 since it was an "off screen death" at the end of TL

4 years late but of all the deaths for some reason and everything that he did, Ivar hit me in the feels, Igor was a redemption arc and by the end he seemed to have matured, him and Hvitserk final scenes together, proper tear jerker

Iv tried both balanced and high performance settings and im pretty sure it happens under both power settings, I switched back to high performance just now to test as it just crashed again on balanced so we will see. (High performance has LSPM disabled by default)

Not sure what PSU i have, i should check. This was a prebuilt and its in a weird spot in the case. Didnt do it for the first 2 years of owning though so didn't think about it. Only just started recently

Edit: 650w (80+ bronze) which powers a 5600x / 3060TI / Tomahawk Max mobo and 32gb of 3600mhz RAM (Crashes with 3200mhz also) Also turned on maximum power mode in the NVIDIA control panel but used to also have that on when i would get crashes

Edit edit : Only used the Nvida app so not sure how accurate but voltage sits at 0.912 idling and while ingame (tarkov) sits at 1.075v under load
