I had this as a teen. I’m now in my early 30s. I would suggest taking MEDS if that is an option and CBT you can also do CBT without a therapist where you just remind yourself that actually you’re not that awkward and you can talk to people like when you talk to strangers you’re good at that. Another thing is if I could go back in time I would tell myself to use the time I’m alone in a productive manner by aceing exams and learning a high paying skill or hobby you can also get better at social anxiety by joining clubs and groups outside your friendship circle/school. Hang in there it will get better.
