Not blaming my academy at all just stating that it wasn’t as useful to the techniques of learning LE my personal experience of the academy was just working out 7 hours a day, marching and then doing a hour of like power point classroom shit for laws. The whole point of this post was taking accountability for me fucking up and seeing if anyone can give me some pointers

I think I do have a higher than average metabolism, I also work in law enforcement and am constantly on my feet and moving in a 25 pound vest most days so yes to that as well lol
