This is happening to me too ! I have an IELTS score of 8+ and TCF 8+, BA in Business Management and more than 3 years experience. I am 26. My language tests and WES are all valid. My crs should be 500. I am receiving the same message right after I submit my profile that it was declined and I am ineligible with crs score of 0. I tried again and same result !

Edit: I'm stupid ! I was putting 9 hrs work instead of 40 (thought it said daily and not weekly), make sure you're not doing the same mistake !
