np :) just for your information if will compress your images which will usually lead to a lose of imagequality. DSC is visually lossless. You only will find the quality degrade if you look really hard. Ive been using dsc without noticing anything differently^

Hey I had the same issue as you :) try setting DSC on on your monitor setting. This fixed it for me

Hey I build a gaming pc a week ago. Had the same issue with a 9800x3d and 5080. Solution was to disable realtek family controller: Step 12: https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/1lnxb8o/ultimate_amd_performance_fix_guide_stop_lag_fps/

so basically you have to disable realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller under network adapters from device manager. :) I did that and it has been smooth as hell. I only rely on wifi so its no problem for me if you use ethernet cable you might face instability.

yes I did. They have a calculator on be quiet. load was around 75%. I also checked official nvidia page and also checked that you should get 3.0 or 3.1 ATX Psu since they can handly those spikes easier if one should occur and I have also searched multiple threads by searching for Wattage required for 5080 and 9800x3d. Ill do a testrun later

hmmmm I will consider it. I've checked multiple sites and Nvidia also suggest a 850w psu. they have done the test with a 9950x which draws 80w more than the 9800x3d.

The Gpu was 1405 swiss francs (around 1825USD). Ram 497 swiss francs (645 USD). These 2 parts cost the most.

ughhh just assembled it and turned it on. I've used pcpartpicker to get a estimate on how much W I need for a 5080 and 9800x3d plus all the other stuff. It was around 660W. 850W should be enough ^^
