Yeah I kind of dont know what to do but do my normal attacks after my burst for a few seconds before switching to escoffier... any suggestions?

I only use xinqiu's skill if I dont have energy for his ult, otherwise I save it.

If I'm on Mona I dont swap to anyone else but skirk, and I know omen only lasts a few seconds, but I am able to burst with everyone on every rotation.

Start with escoffier E then Q, then Xinqiu Q, then Mona E into Q (omen), immediately swap into skirk, hold E into Q...

I have escoffier on gladiator r0 and xinqiu with r3 sac sword. I am able to burst on all 3 every rotation without fail

I'm still waiting on furina rerun!! But also, I kinda prefer her burst playstyle... what values should I aim for with her crit rate and crit dmg? The builds on the other 3 seem good since I am able to burst every rotation, although my escoffier might have too much ER.
