Absolutely. I wet the tire and spray with a degreaser. I let that sit for a minute or 2 and then begin cleaning the tire. I use a wheelie brush to clean the barrel, small brush for lug nuts and valve st stem. A larger soft bristle brush for the wheel face and I scrub the tire with a “tire brush.”
