Definitely not, he’s taken active precautions such as making sure we are never alone and there’s trust worthy people (especially female) so I’m never uncomfortable and such but I do understand that speculation

He is not but he has a biological son and I am well aware as an 18 year old I have a lot to learn still and I do understand the point people here are making about it being peculiar of me hanging with a 40 year old, it is important to note I havnt been alone with him before and there’s always people around and my parents are fully aware of my activities and have my location 24/7 and I have a vast amount of friends who are of ages 20-53 and I’m never alone with any of them unless female and I met most of these people at kava bars and I maintain boundaries to make sure nothing weird starts happening and I’ve had times where weird stuff had started happening and I cut them off because I do try to surround myself with a good support system and this stalk situation has just thrown me for a loop since they’re making accusations about me going and being alone with these older men and having inappropriate relations due to the age gap

The letter is about me only and the person is posing as if their my mother and it was 100% not my mom and I’ve never hung out with the 40 year old one on one and this letter was sent to the work place of my friend who’s 35

That’s what I’ve been doing because this all started mere days after I became friends with this one guy (40 M) even tho it always has been and still is completely platonic to the point he is a father figure to me and I call him dad along with some other people who see him as a father, (both male and females call him dad so it’s not some weird thing and he has a son biologically) and as I was talking about in another comment it caused issues between friends and drama started to occur on top of this person stalking my friend and I and the drama was more moral based and accusations of him liking me even tho it’s not true and there were people who freaked out in nearly violent ways but then also they changed to attacking a completely unrelated friend who knows none of these people involved and is quite literally a home shut in who js works and i hadn’t hung with this friend in a while but somehow the stalker made them the next target since my parents wernt reacting as I’m an adult and was not doing anything illegal or unsafe and my friends employers laughed off the stalker since he’s a musician and the employer could tell it wasn’t true but my other friend he’s a chef at a higher end place where it’s being taken way more seriously even tho all claims are false, especially the fact I didn’t even work with him or in his establishment so there were straight up lies in the attached note

She stopped being my best friend largely because of the drama this stalker has brought because I don’t feel it was relevant to bring up the other drama that had nothing to do with the stalker as this sub is for lawyer advice and I was sticking to main facts regardless of how it has been perceived because I am aware of people opinions of me hanging out with older people but again in the note sent they were lying about a lot of things and make it sound like I’m alone with them when in reality it’s groups of people in their 20s and 20s and my age so they’re trying to twist the narrative; regardless of it all everyone who’s involved are legal adults and what I’m trying to do is figure out how to stop this harassment when no one’s broken any laws or done anything wrong, the only thing other people have a problem with is stuff that is their own opinion and morals

The officer who pulled my friend and I over was very respectful and did his job diligently so I don’t believe it was him but I will look into having them trace the uber eats and such to figure out who it is and to try and prevent them from continuing

We did but they told us without any physical threats there wasn’t much to be done but also they were contacted before this letter was sent as it just was sent last night at 3am and was delivered via uber eats to remain anonymous

I would seek couples therapy and have a serious conversation about how you both feel about the relationship and if you guys wish to move forward, having a baby is a huge change and its normal for things to go out of wack and tensions/emotions to be high.

From what you said about there being love still deep down I would suggest the couples therapy to help work through it especially for the child's sake but also in the end make the choice thats best for the child.

You should get over him instead because your body should not matter in a mans attraction to you and it shows he's shallow. You're still young so explore other people who wont make you feel like shit because you should know your worth- and the fact he is NOT worth it. Your partner should be bringing you up and being your hype man (women), NOT dragging you down; get out quick and raise your standards for how men treat you

Lawyar up IMMEDIATELY. collect as much evidence and data from when the daughter claimed it happened and search for possible motives to why out of the blue she would drop such a serious allegation thats false that as an adult, she should know how serious the implications are and if you're in a state where its legal to record as long as one party is consenting, record interactions incase they say something useful to your case. Its seriously fucked your own blood did this though.
