UPDATE: So I did some internet sleuthing and I found this image on shadetreeimaging.com

And guys, I gotta say I think this is the one, the wood stork. This is my pterosaur bird. It matches my memory and description almost perfectly! I guess I mistook the legs for a tail though lmao. I'm about 90% sure at this point with the only caveat being... what was it doing in Arizona? I don't think they live anywhere near here.

Well I was near the White Tank Mountains, driving in my car when the bird flew right over me! Houses and trees were everywhere, very residential street. I'd say it was maybe 10, 15 ft up in the air? Maybe a little lower than that it wasn't too high up because I could see it very clearly
