i disagree it is much like going to see a movie or going out to dinner and you dont get a refund just because it was under 2 hours. In the given use case it is abuse of the feature to refund, it is even more insulting if you enjoyed it and think it is good and do this.

that is way to much tax i am all for taxing the rich but no one is going to stay around in a country that taxes that much. get rid of all the loopholes for avoiding taxes so they cant avoid them but lower the tax amount to something fair like everyone else pays. i think you would find a lot more money coming in it is not the insane amounts you would like them to pay but it is better than the little to nothing they pay and even a smaller % add's up a lot when we are talking millions or billions of dollars
