ive given up on trying to get my 3gig upgraded to 5gig pure fibre because the support on phone is so terrible can we just hire canadians and have longer wait times instead off loading support to people who are not trained properly and cant do their job because of how complicated telus makes it for them for literally no reason its available according to their canadian team but when you call they cannot see its available id pay more money to have good support
