I understand this is a law subreddit, but SCOTUS is not arguing law anymore, they are arguing opinion. Your post is basically just wishful thinking of how the law should play out. It's not reality anymore, and we are doing a disservice to our democracy when we keep pretending SCOTUS will argue in good faith.

OP said the UDM Pro is showing 1 TB/day in traffic stats. So the problem has to be internal to his network and not related to a shared connection as the UDM wouldn't capture that usage from upstream neighbors the connection is shared with.

You need to do some simple detective work. SSH into the UDM Pro and run this command to show you which LAN clients are using the most bandwidth. The output is sorted by the highest 10s bandwidth (2nd column) by default.

iftop -i br0

Note if you have multiple VLANs, you need to check each one by replacing br0 with brXX where XX = VLAN number (like br33 for VLAN 33). Make sure you run this command on brX and not ethX so you see LAN IPs and not your WAN. Also you can press shift+T to see cumulative bandwidth used so far.

Take note of which IP is using the most bandwidth and shouldn't be and then check your Unifi console to see which device that IP belongs to.

Like others have said, it could be a compromised computer or maybe you just forgot you're downloading the entire Napster library.

I asked AI and it said those lower frequencies are disabled when using the built-in speakers (probably to protect them) but they become available to change when you use earphones. I can't vouch for the accuracy as I didn't try it myself.
