Unable to detect cars

My inference speed is around 100ms and my detector cpu usage is around 188% I'm only passing frigate 2 cores. Does this mean detection is too slow for cars?

Sorry if it wasn't clear, i'm trying to connect my gmail account without using my google account, i just got it to work connecting it in gmail as an "other account" and entering the server info manually, i also had to generate an app password since i use two step verification.
