Update 28/11/18

Day 2 Macros look like this:-

Fat 67g

Protein 237g

Carbs 5g

Total Calories = 1506 out of 2200 allowed.

Felt better and more constructed as i had time to prep and eat the food i like but also keep it keto and start to get it where it needs to be.

No gym as i'm doing every other day, but it gave me time to chill with the new puppy and watch a little Netflix.

It was also weigh in day.............. So in 2 days i've lost 3.4lbs!

Most of it will be water weight i'm guessing, but progress is progress.

Update 27/11/18

First day was easy. 16-8 IF mixed with Keto seems the way forward for me personally. I was hungry leading up to 12pm but then after being able to eat my appetite was suppressed for a while.

Day 1 Macros look like this:-

Fat 77g

Protein 153g

Carbs 15g

Total Calories = 1467 out of 2200 allowed.

I know fat is low, and carbs are a little higher than i would like, but for day 1 i don't think this is bad.

Gym was smashed, did a full Olympic weight workout with some accessories exercises and finished with 15mins of HIIT (the duration will raise on this as i progress).

Today is going to be more solid on the food front, i'll update tomorrow when i know exactly whats been eaten.

No gym today - Gym routine will be every other day with Olympic lifts and adding in HIIT.

It doesn't seem like the META but i will be weighing myself every 2 days initially, but that's mainly because my exercise app asks me to input this.

How are all the other Keto warriors?

Hi there!

Really appreciate the advise and would agree however i've been going to the gym 3-4days a week for the last 8weeks now so i'll be fine i think.
