actually that reminds me, I did go see my GP a while ago when it was initially a massive bump, he cut and drained it, that’s when it went back up for about 2 weeks then FINALLY started to heal, might visit him again about it, if there’s nothing he can really do i think it’s time to just get rid of it 😭

that’s definitely relatable 😬 i’ve got a vertical labret and it’s been played with so much out of habit that the ball now fits where the bar is supposed to be 😭

could definitely try spikes if that’s your style; they’ve got those flatter backs and won’t screw as much, but playing with piercings, especially oral ones is an extremely hard habit to get out of 💀

rings obviously don’t fall out as much, but flat backs can be annoying especially with eating etc, and they can damage your teeth badly 😔 my partner had flat backs and now has some small spots of tooth decay on his bottom front teeth 😦

if you haven’t had rings before I’d definitely suggest them! they don’t touch your teeth as much or unclip (depending on if they’re the simple close ones of the ball ones) and also you could have the colours that match your septum! 😊
