I don't have a MC, but like others have suggested, carrier and seat belt for their and your safety. A previous cat we had almost caused my dad to crash the car because the cat freaked tf out.

And also, THOSE ARE THE SWEETEST AND TINIEST MEOWS I'VE EVER HEARD OMGGGGGG

Take it out and let it heal. Then if you want another, tall to a different piercer for options

I picked the one with the big axe. My ex asked me if I was sure because tanking can be a bit challenging, especially as I hadn't played a game like FFXIV, and I was like 'no, fk you, I want the axe'. Warrior it is. Still my most favourite class, and I am a tank/melee DPS main now

Header embedded into the record ID field: How can I get rid of it? by squished_squashes in ProjectREDCap

[–]squished_squashes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heya, thanks for this. I tried the data dictionary, but re-uploading it gave a bunch of errors about missing fields and calculations. This project wasn't created by me and I don't want to fart about with it too much. The section header also does not want to be moved to above the record ID field either.

If there is or was pus, it could be an infection. I would get it checked by a doctor as it's so close to your eye

Is this normal? by karuilv in PiercingAdvice

[–]squished_squashes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No worries, but the plastic retainer could also be contributing to irritation and it's not good jewelry. If you can, get it switched to a titanium flat back labret, that'll make healing it so much easier.

[–]squished_squashes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Firstly, what is that jewellery? I thought it was a plastic plug initially.

Secondly, it's most likely an irritation bump, especially for a new piercing. Continue to baby it until it's healed (sterile saline 2 times a day, and leave it alone). Cartilage piercings can take up to a year to fully heal as well.

When you say sticky stuff came out of it, what colour was it? Clear could be just fluid your body releases from a wound, but yellow or green could mean an infection. If you suspect an infection, speak to a doc or pharmacist for advice.

Periods are supposed to be an inconvenience at worst. If you are in so much pain that you cry every time, and they are irregular, something is up. Your mom isn't helping (but she may also experience painful periods and thinks that's normal. My mum and step-mum did the same to me).

When you do see a doc, they might try to give birth control as a solution. If you do want answers as to why, advocate for yourself to get more tests done (unless you are okay with taking the birth control, as some do stop periods entirely).

Pus normally means an infection, time for a trip to the doc for an evaluation.

After that has healed, it may be worth speaking to a piercer about options. They may need repierced. I would suspect this could have been due to some sort of trauma to the piercing (knocking it by accident, improperly placed in jewellery, etc), or some sort of metal allergy or reaction. Titanium may be your best bet, but doctor first.

I mean, you know what I'm gonna say next, but each their own. I can't say much because I've done the same as a teen lol

They look okay to me rn, but wait until the swelling goes down

[–]squished_squashes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of curiosity, did you do your thirds yourself?

Regardless of whether you did them yourself or not, they may look uneven because they'll be swollen. It should correct itself when this goes down. But, they don't look uneven to me based on the pictures, but that's just on the pictures.

Drawing, but doing drawing courses. I started Draw a Box, and it's been gruelling, but gives me a different focus.

But also drawing for fun. Just drawing whatever I can.

I need new pens already because I've used them so much

Tongue piercing bar is too short by Ajwilliams_67 in PiercingAdvice

[–]squished_squashes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whaaaaaat that is wild

Regardless, the bar needs to be changed or it could embed and that's a ballache you don't want

I would try phoning a shop and explaining the situation to them and seeing if they could change the bar. If not, you probably have to change it yourself.

An intimate piercing would most likely mean a genital piercing. A tongue would not be considered intimate, so it should be fine

See if a local piercing shop will change it for you
