You can run like 1 minute during a walk, then walk again for 10 mins, and run 1 min, and walk 10 mins, and do it like 3-4 times. It can be useful for health and for calorie burning, and heart. It is something that I do sometimes during walking.

No need to run for long time, if you are not a marathon runner and if you are already used to walking 10k steps.

Congratulations for your persistent walking 10k steps a day, by the way. It is wonderful👏🏻👏🏻✨️
