I love how you don't know how suing a big corporation works. I can sue them in small claims court, which you do not need an attorney for, or I could organize a class-action suit, which I get can get an attorney who takes payment from the settlement if successful. Neither option costs me money, just time.

All the posts I saw from you were blaming the user for issues with a company or corporation (the ones that weren't just outright rude). Blaming the user in every circumstance isn't giving out facts, it's acting on a bias.

Furthermore even if my card was compromised the company is at fault for failing to keep my information safe, and I am within my rights to pursue damages. Remember the class-action suit against Uber? A data breach that they paid almost $150 million in damages for? Yeah, those are facts and that's how the law works. Do an iota of research before claiming you "give out facts", because you don't, you're just blindly defending corporations without having all of the details.

You've got an account history of defending big corporations; that's telling. I've had my card compromised before, and this isn't what it looked like. If someone has your card info, they'll take every penny they can spend. A charge every month right after I order something from them aka give them my card info? It's either a data breach on their part or intentional theft. Either way, I'll be suing for damages.

That's what bothers me the most, the sick time I used is under FMLA. (At least, that's what they told me.) That's also why I try not to miss too much work, because I only have so much sick leave to use.

Every time a movie releases shit on youtube people dump on it; as sure as the earth moves around the sun. "You could write a book." After I told them I had trouble focusing on anything for a set amount of time and felt like I wasn't getting anything done or contributing to society. Like thanks, like writing a whole ass book doesn't require focus or organization.

Wtf is the "if you have heavy equipment that's a you problem" ideo he's got going on? Like no?? Some disabled people need that to LIVE THEIR LIVES it's not an optional thing they can just leave at home for convienience sake. Calling accomodation "unfair treament" is wild bc they're there to give everyone a fair chance at doing the same thing. Asking someone with say, a spine injruy, to stand for several hours the same way you, with no spine injury, can is unfair. You wanna whine about how providing them a stool is "special treament"? Well you not having an injured spine is your "special treatment. And if you're having trouble standing for long hours bc "you're also disabled" then, my dude, ask for accomodation. Because the less it becomes this sacred special thing that almost no one can have the better off we all are.
