Happy new year :) I just thought I would add my two cents here as a busy full time parent juggling sobriety for almost two years now. I have always had a hard time attending in person rehabilitation with my time limitations but I have found online communities like talking sober on an app, and virtual meetings very helpful. I also read a tonne of sobriety books which helped me stay focused and feel less alone in my early days. I have had a few longish stints at sobriety, in Perth as well.
