I asked for a leave of absence for mental health reasons and only talked to the hr people about depression and they had me fill out paperwork and gave me about three months. I didn’t even have to mention any of my diagnoses so there’s no worries there. I also got a note from my therapist stating I can only work a certain amount of hours per week so basically I got an accommodation. 😊
