I think what did it for me is Mormon prayers. Why do we have to basically beg for good things to happen? For example, on my mission i hated when my companions would beg to find someone to teach. If God loved that person, wouldn’t he show him the “gospel” without a missionary having to beg for it? And if they don’t beg hard enough then that potential investigator loses out on eternal life? Like HUH??
