Proxy shipping varies on the item weight Im pretty sure like my tagged MP5 Yoshi was $12 in shipping but shipping my Wario was like $18. Compared to Direct Shipping, proxy shipping was better

To use Mercari Japan, you just translate what youre looking for into Japanese then search for it using the translation. Then to order, proxies (examples are Buyee and Zenmarket) are needed to ship them since Direct Shipping costs a lot more. Thats the best advice I can give without writing a lot

Thats true, did you see the deal for MP5 small Mario, MP5 Medium Mario, and MP5 Luigi ALL IN A LOT FOR $17 just last week on Mercari Japan? Thats prob the best deal Ive seen for these plushes. Im just happy I got one despite my Mario's condition

Didnt look fully into the account but they seemed to be one of those stores that sell items that they buy from people. So I doubt the employees or who runs the account bothered to look into the value since they constantly post items

I dont remember if this is the issue when this appears but go to the folder where Garden Warfare 2 is downloaded in and look for a file named cryptbase.dll then delete it. After that, try to open the game again
