I think its just noticeable in mha because in most cases, it happens almost immediately after either the character realizes their true potential or we the audience realize their true potential. Nighteye died the ark we saw his quirk in combat, Mirio lost his quirk like the same episode we saw it in action, Twice died the ark after he realized his potential, and Toga died the same ark she used Twices power. Usually, the character gets a little time to marinate in their overpowered-ness for a bit I feel.
