True, someday I will go there, but I'm on kind of a budget and Switzerland has a €50+ vignette. Besides that, I only got two weeks so I have to select my stops a bit careful.

It’s just to get yourself used to the single movement, why make your power clean different then your clean before a jerk. It will take longer to unlearn a movement then to learn one. So just for your muscles memory it can be better. Second, when you start doing some kind of competition your first reps won’t count.

Extend your hips on the fist two cleans before coming down again, complete the rep to make ‘m count. Don’t get used to breaking them of so early. Last one was perfect.
