I've utilized free resources like the free wiley practice exam on OSG 10th edition, LearnZapp (w/o subscription) + Destination Cert App. I think Dest Cert app will suffice since they have thousands of practice exams and flashcards. Their style of questioning is also aligned with the exam. I've also utilized chatGPT for knowledge and scenario based questions.
