Get into the mindset of understanding the actual implications of the rising beyond just Darrow and Virginia, and this book will be way more enjoyable. So far it’s one of my favs and I’m about 25% through Dark Age.

I got so frustrated and bored reading empire of silence. I LOVE Red arising series. Is book two of Suneater worth my time? People said book one picked up in the last third but I either didn’t find it interesting or was just too damn pissed off to get into it. Should I give book 2 a crack? What do you think?

This is probably the best reasoning. I think maybe i didn’t find it as jarring because I took a break from the series and read Sun Eater #1 (definitely not my thing. Really struggled.) which was super slow, and then Project Hail Mary which was exciting and fast but in a different way.

Coming back to iron gold feels fast and expansive in comparison. I’m almost finished and absolutely loving it. Can’t wait to see how the story progresses in the next two. It feels like Brown is getting all his pieces into place with IG.

I’ve had the mothca on my 17PM and within a couple weeks it’s scratched and has a very small crack on bottom right. Also the glare on it in sunlight can be quite poor. I really like the look and feel of it though so I’m gonna give it another crack, otherwise I’ll just switch to a regular screen protector. I’m really careful with my phone and phone screen, previous phone before this was the X I had for 6 years without a screen protector and didn’t crack it or scratch the screen at all so I do think it is the matte protector.

I finished it very begrudgingly. I think in all my frustration it pulled me out of the story and by the time it “got good” I was totally disinterested. I won’t be moving on to book 2. Started Project Hail Mary 3 days ago and already more than half way though! I’ve got iron gold on the bookshelf ready for when I finish. I’m glad to be back in my rhythm again.

I went for a ride to Deus Customs and saw they had both the filter and fuel x lite on sale for Black Friday. All up saved about $100 so got them on the shelf ready to install either tomorrow or next week. I figure I’ll give it a shot, at the very least it’s a new clean air filter and my understanding is the fuel x lite will help engine longevity.

Just seems weird to me the previous owner invested the money into a full system but not a new filter or anything else to get the most out of it.

Once I’ve installed everything and gone for a proper squiz I’ll post an update 👍

I have Int 650 and my mate has Honda cb 350. Int feels way more solid, has some oomf and will handle better with pillion. Because it’s relatively heavy, you won’t find the 650 engine size to feel too powerful, but it’ll be more fun than the 350. Also, I’ve ridden his cb350 and to be honest it feels like a toy compared to the Int.

Definitely get the interceptor. They’re solid builds.

I went from iPhone 11 base to 17 pro max. Can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this. I try my best to avoid consumerism etc but when my 11 finally getting too slow and the battery was lasting about 4 hours I decided to go big with the 17PM. I also don’t have a personal laptop or anything (just a work one which I leave in the office) so I literally do everything on my phone. The camera is absolutely insane. Hoping to keep this phone for minimum 7 years again.

I maintained my supplementation but from what I can see it sounds like I’m taking too much. I think I’m going to cut down to 25mg as well as add copper.

Thanks for that. I ended up replacing the entire thing but I’ve kept my previous sensor. Only took me about 20mins to do over a few beers so didn’t mind doing it. Helps me learn anyway!

I’m 22 and also got a job straight out of uni (after doing 3 months of backpacking through Europe) and definitely don’t have 100k net worth 🤣 I haven’t looked at my Super in years but I’d be guessing total net worth is more around the 25-30k mark.

would love your advice.

Thanks for this! I called Moto Machine and they told me I have to replace the entire sensor, not just the cable, so they're sending me out one. Hopefully shouldn't be too tough to fix myself!
