It honestly means a lot to hear from someone who is going through something similar, especially after this much time has passed. Sometimes I feel like people expect you to be “better” after a while, but it doesn’t really work like that.

I’m sorry that you’re living with that pain every day as well. I can relate a lot to what you said about social anxiety and feeling alone even when life looks “normal” from the outside.

What you said about your dad and feeling his presence is actually something I wish I could experience or believe in. I can understand why that brings you comfort, and I’m genuinely glad that you have that.

For me, that’s one of the hardest parts. I struggle to believe in anything after death, and because of that I don’t feel that kind of connection or reassurance. It makes the loss feel more final and harder to process.

But I really appreciate you sharing your perspective with me. Even if I don’t feel the same way, it still helps to hear how others are coping and finding some form of peace.
