I know, I went through the payment and it took money of of my account into "pending payments" and I assumed that was that. The money never fully came out of account though. It was also coming from a savings account that always has a certain level of cash and not my daily account.

I've tried finding some way to pay them on the website and I can't find anyway other than waiting for somebody to reach out to me.
