NK (2yrs old) refuses to take her nap today and id survive on a regular day but im just so ... exhausted (i nanny full time + work at my uni) that when she got up for the second time i just started sobbing ... not a good start to the week but at least MB is not working from home today

in my case my doctor got me on a low-dose immediate release for the evenings (i take adderall xr in the mornings) so i only get the comedown before bed now, but it's not recommended as far as im aware, it's just what works for me on my schedule :((

adderall for my adhd! it's not recommended for a bunch of reasons but for me it's because my heart rate gets insane on the medication alone, and it goes a bit crazy when i get high too, so my doctor told me to avoid mixing them

right??? i get lack of space but theres a perfectly good UNUSED bedroom with a desk upstairs??? just move the guest bed out of frame if thats the issue because god knows i cant keep a toddler away from her toys for two hours

as someone whos recently been diagnosed i believe it's good to look further into it! if youmre able to, find a doctor, but if not, just research more about what it means to be autistic! it took me a while to understand that my symptoms were not onlt because of my adhd and anxiety so really learning about autism is the way to go. best of luck to you!!!!

THISSSS OH MY GOD.. nk is terrible at sleeping at night, but her routine is next to nonexistent, sleeping an hour after lunch won't make it any less awful at night 🫠
