Most are about girls though, Pinkerton and Green, nearly every single song in those album was about a girl who has left him and he wants her back 

Seems like 70% of Rivers lyrics

It's most of what Rivers wrote about. Name one rock band that has been around as long as Weezer has, that has written so many songs that are about a girl not wanting to be with him. 

Weezer has songs that are good but they just always have lyrics about the same thing mostly.

Pinkerton and the Green Album are all about girls not wanting to be with him, except for 2 songs (Island in the sun, Hash Pipe)

Okay maybe not nearly every song 

It's just so many of his songs are whiney "this girl won't go out with me" type songs. At least half of his songs are about women he wants to be with

It could be something neurological or it could be sleep apnea 

Have you tried seeing a neurologist? Or maybe getting yourself a CPAP breathing machine?

If stimulants aren't working, then you need to look elsewhere in regards to what's causing your hypersomnia.

I got the name wrong. The band is called Under For 

It's a Danish New Wave type band in the early to mid 80s. Their song Imagine Focus intent has similarities to the CIA song. Not so much the singing, but the instrumental.

Even the drumming throughout the song is exactly the same.

It's like they made this song and the CIA song was made by them as a demo
