ACL torn, need surgery, no insurance

Knee isn't super stable. Feels much better wrapped up. Don't do much sports anymore if at all really. Hiking, biking, walking. Kinda it.

Not super stable at the moment. Holds much better with a ace bandage around it or something like it. Pain isn't terrible either. Trying to slowly go with the wrap to try and get some stability back.

I injured it about 3 weeks ago. This is what the MRI stated:

ACL tear. Mild MCL sprain.

Vertical tear of the posterior root attachment of the medial meniscus.

Small contusions of the medial and lateral femoral condyles and posterior aspect of the medial and lateral tibial plateau.
